About Cathy
Rooted in Oro-Medonte
Cathy Keane has called Oro-Medonte home for over 12 years. She's a community builder, a problem solver, and a neighbour who believes every resident deserves a mayor who truly listens.
A Life in Oro-Medonte
Cathy has lived and worked in Oro-Medonte for more than 12 years. She knows this township — its communities, its challenges, and its incredible potential. She has raised her family here, built friendships across the Township, and watched this place grow and change.
Community First
Throughout her time in Oro-Medonte, Cathy has been deeply involved in community life — from local organizations to advocacy on issues that matter to residents. She believes that strong communities are built by people who show up, listen, and act.
Why She's Running
Cathy believes Oro-Medonte deserves experienced, independent and accountable leadership that represents every resident and every community across our Township. She believes every voice deserves to be heard, every community deserves a seat at the table, and every decision should be guided by one simple question: Is this in the best interest of Oro-Medonte? Cathy is ready to listen, bring people together and work collaboratively to move Oro-Medonte forward.
